After I got my website up and live, I had a thought I need to tell the world what I am doing so the cheapest and most logical way is business cards. I went to www.upwork.com hired a graphic designer for $6.00 to design front and back “I buy houses” cards. Then go to www.gotprint.com to print those bad boys. I am taking a leap of faith and going to wholesale in a different market. Yes, I don’t know what I am doing. Yes I am scared.  Yes I may lose and yes I am win, but the outcome is to push myself out of my comfort zone(own market) and try new things.  What’s the worse thing that can happen? Lose money? Al Williamson just crushed it last week in a class I hosted in Oklahoma City.  As another property manager said “Good class last night. Here is a scare story for you!  What do you do when a tenant who is a mother slaps a piece of paper on your desk and says “We have problem!”?. I say “yes we do, you haven’t paid your rent!” I pick up the piece of paper and it states that her child has massive traces of lead in her daughter's bloodstream. Boo or OH Sh$t!
